What does the registration process involve?
We will email or call you to ask you to make an appointment. On arrival or over the phone we will take a copy of your documentation for our files (proof of ID/address/eligibility to work in the UK etc), and will ask you to complete a registration form. You will then be interviewed, by your consultant. This is a very informal relaxed interview. We understand an interview can be daunting and we will do our utmost to take the greatest care of you, make you feel welcome and spend time listening to your requirements. Please be as open and honest as you can, especially with regards to why you are leaving your current role and what you are looking for in your next role. We will discuss all the roles we have that we feel you are suitable for, and then you can decide if you wish to apply for it. If you are not interested in a role, again, just be honest and say so as our sole aim is to find you the right role.
